7. Value-for-money shopping tours have shopping arrangements every day, and shopping is purely voluntary. 8. Visitors to the value-for-money shopping tour must travel with the group and are not allowed to leave the group midway. If they leave the group, they must pay the travel agency USD$150/person/day departure fee every day.

15. After registering for a special offer group, you are not allowed to withdraw from the group for any reason. Please contact customer service for the cost of withdrawal.

If our team is unable to make the trip due to factors such as national policies and regulations or force majeure factors such as earthquakes, typhoons, weather, or any other factors, our company will notify you in advance and provide free rescheduling or cancellation services, but please bear all losses except for the group payment.

In order to safeguard the best interests of all guests of the group, if any passenger's health or behavior interferes with the group's normal activities or interests, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel his or her qualification to continue participating in the group, and the unfinished itinerary may not require refunds, changes or transfers. Regardless of any reason for leaving the group, all activities of the passenger from the time of leaving the group have nothing to do with the company.

Elderly persons over the age of 75 who participate in the tour must be accompanied by relatives and friends under the age of 60, purchase sufficient travel accident insurance by themselves, and sign a health declaration stating that they bear the travel risks themselves. Once all guests sign up, they know by default that their health conditions are suitable for participating in the tour. If any accidents occur during the tour, the company will not be responsible. The resulting expenses and responsibilities will be borne by the guests themselves.
